Instead of the usual three or four times, the vodka was distilled a large number of times. 100 years later, it was reintroduced as Absolut Just as then, Absolut is produced in Ahus, L.O. Smith's birth town. Also the place where the wheat used for making the vodka is grown

White Russian Recipe
The White Russian was once a not-so-well-known cocktail; that all changed when The Dude came along. The White Russian was first mixed up back in 1949 when Gustave Tops, a Belgian bartender, dreamt up two luxurious cocktails, the Black and the White Russian. The difference? Well, the Black Russian lacks the indulgent cream. The White Russian exploded in popularity due to the 1998 cult-classic movie The Big Lebowski.
