Clase Azul
Clase Azul Artisan tequila embodies a profound reverence for the beautiful land of Mexico and the ancient traditions of its indigenous people.
Clase Azul
Only the finest organic blue agave is used in the making of their famous reposado, while wild cenizo agave is gathered for the mezcal. Aged at least six to eight years before harvest, the agaves are cooked in old masonry ovens, where they reveal their core sweetness and aromatic complexity, before long slow fermentation and masterful distillation produce the base spirit. The final stage before bottling is barrel-ageing, which occurs in a variety of used wood vessels, from bourbon casks to wine barrels. You’ll find these truly unique products in our online shop.
